Brand strategy and communications have had to adapt to people’s ever-changing relationships with mobile technology as the category has broadened to include laptops, tablets and smartphones – we’ve been there, guiding, all the way.

This work promotes The Carphone Warehouse as the place to go for upgrades and Christmas offers. The campaign opens with “Something wonderful”, a 40s spot that shows a young man being taken on an incredible journey by a store assistant.

Here, the objective was to bring to life the benefits of smartphones and establish Carphone’s strengths in this world; offering a range, impartial advice, and the expertise to set-up your phone straight away, with the ‘Walk Out Working’ service.
