TALKTALK

In 2003 we helped launch TalkTalk with the market defining “Free Calls Forever” campaign, where TalkTalk customers could talk to each other for free.

As their full-service agency we are proud to have contributed to their rapid growth in the past 9 years, to become one of the country’s leading telecoms providers with over 4m customers.

TALKTALK PLUS
For the first time, TalkTalk were promoting their unlimited calls and downloads package above the line. The ad for this product needed to stand out from the existing creative, and have a different conversation with a different group of people.

HOMES WITHIN HOMES

In an increasingly competitive market, TalkTalk needed a new positioning that would give them stand-out. The new big idea, 'A brighter home for everyone', celebrates the central role the internet now plays in people’s lives and in brightening up their homes. Through TalkTalk’s commitment to Always Better Value, it’s offered at an affordable price for everyone. The launch campaign consisted of brand TV spots featuring animated characters in “homes within homes” and the campaign was also brought to life through press, customer comms and online with a new microsite.

BRIGHTSTAGE
With the help of a little tech magic, we turned Britain’s living rooms into stages fit for superstars. Using everything from motion tracking sunglasses to augmented reality lasers, so far over 170,000 people have recorded performances via our Facebook and microsite.

TALKTALK BROADBAND
We launched the TalkTalk's 'Full Fat' Broadband, skinny prices outdoor campaign early this year. The creative challenge was to make the overly familiar and universal 'more for less' claim feel fresh and engaging. The art direction has evolved to feature fun, warm illustrations set within the headlines to offer a fresh new look.
