We have been working with Argos as their creative agency since 2004 and were awarded their social media brief in 2010.

We’ve produced through-the-line activity including, which bring to life the benefits of ‘Argosing it’ in a different, informative and engaging manner.

Argos Aliens TV
This integrated campaign introduces a unique family of aliens who shine a light on the quirky shopping behaviours of humans, highlighting why Argos is the best way to shop online.

CHAD VALLEY
With this campaign we wanted to celebrate the high 'value for play' factor of every Chad Valley toy, whilst driving Easter holiday sales hard. Our idea was to cut through the normal 'toy heavy' clutter in this category with a stand-out, insight driven piece to appeal to Mums all over the nation. If the kids have played so much that they've literally dropped off to sleep with the toy still in their hand, that's got to be good 'value for play'. Or what Chad Valley call "Endless Play'

 

GET IT NOW
The campaign is an escalating celebration of people enjoying the products they have just bought from Argos online on a typical summer's day. What is interesting and differentiating is that the products are pixillated, aligning the products with the online world.

METAL DETECTOR
With this campaign Argos wanted to communicate how easy it is to find exactly what you want on the high street with their online stock checker. The ad shows a lone metal detector sweeping the beach searching for treasure, when to his surprise signs pop up from the ground telling him exactly where the treasure is. That’s how simple the Argos online stock checker is. The campaign was a real step forward in our transition from catalogue business to modern shopping solution.

LAST MINUTE
The brief for this campaign was to take our unfair share of the nation’s last minute Christmas shopping frenzy by positioning Argos’ check and reserve as the panic-free way to make sure you get what you want, and importantly what they want, however last minute. The ‘Last minute’ ad was one of the top five most highly recognised retail ads in 2008, had best ever scores for involvement, engagement and relevance and crucially was the most persuasive Argos ad since tracking began with a huge 72% of recognisers saying they had been strongly persuaded to Argos it that Christmas.
